'Are you sure this is not some kind of coma?' I asked Asher in irritation. Maureen slept through the night after the soul binding with the soldiers and was still sleeping early in the morning when Asher and Dawn came to check up on her.

'She is just sleeping, Lance. Relax,' Asher said smiling sheepishly.

'You sound annoying right now, you know that. How come you are not sleeping and she is the one doing that?' I asked.

'To simply answer your question: my soul was bound to one person's- hers but she had many souls bound to hers. She is strong believe me,' Asher said seriously.

'You know she is strong because?' I asked Asher raising a brow.

'I know because the golden wolf chose her and not somebody else,' Asher answered.

'I think you should just wake her up Lance. She is intentionally not waking up,' Dawn said smiling and shaking her head.

'Did you just walk into her dream? I thought that hurts your head,' I said touching my nose to
