Leila’s POV

“You’re truly remarkable, Leila... You are the only person I know who can subdue all the alphas...” Eunice commented with a smirk.

I raised an eyebrow at Eunice’s comment. Since my mother and Bradley were nowhere to be found, I thought of inviting Eunice to join the dinner. And to my shock, I didn’t need to beg because she agreed right away.

“Save your speech, Eunice; I don’t need your flowery words,” I retorted. I got in the car first and immediately started it.

“By the way, you promised me last time that you would go shopping with me ... I consider your kindness since I like your taste in clothes,” Eunice retorted as she sat in front.

I glanced at Eunice before turning my attention to the driving. “Although the clothes I wear are not designer labels, I hope you won’t be too disappointed. I believe it is the wearer of the dress that makes it beautiful, not the other way around,” I said in a low voice.
