Gregory stopped for a moment, and he gasped for air. Because of the successive swings of his claws, he felt tired. “Damn this weak body!” he whispered while his eyes were still sharp.
“Gregory, stop... I fear for the life of that girl, who is so precious to the Lord above, and if you keep going, she will not survive...”
“So what if she draws her last breath? This girl is crazy! Imagine how many slashes cut her skin, but I didn’t even hear a little plea! And I hate that!” Gregory retorted, and looked at Leila again.
Gregory’s friend also looked at Leila. When the attack started, she did not complain. This is one thing that intensifies Gregory’s anger; he knows the latter’s behavior. Once he is pushed, he will not stop until you are on your knees. “Leila Aragon is no longer moving; her breathing stopped...”
