Chapter 47. Jealousy

Kyle’s POV

I can’t believe what I am seeing in front of me. My Eryn. I have been waiting for this moment for over a year, and now that it is here, she is in the arms of another man. I expected her to wait for me. I assumed that she would have understood the position I was put in. I never wanted to hurt her.

I take a step back and look at her. She is wearing a tight black tank top, cut-up jeans, and combat boots. It is a far cry from the preppy outfits she used to wear. Tattoos cover both of her arms and a few peek out from the top of her tank. The blue hair and the tattoos seem out of character for her. They are definitely not befitting of a Luna, but all of that can be changed later. Tattoos can be removed, and hair grows.

She has changed over the past year, but not just her appearance. The way she carries herself is different. Long gone is the shy girl who used to tag along with her brother and me. Eryn is holding her head high and seems stronger. Atticus
