Astria’s POV
I found myself lying on my back, fixated on the ever-familiar sight of the ceiling, as my frustrations reached their boiling point. It was the third time tonight that I unleashed my feelings by screaming into my trusty pillow.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck! What in the world have I done? How will everyone perceive me after that colossal mess?!” I moaned.
Lulu’s voice, tinged with a hint of indifference, broke the silence. “Maybe, just maybe, if you stopped overthinking it, everything might miraculously resolve itself.”
I shot a glare at the source of the interruption, my dear friend Lucy.
