Astria’s POV

“Alright… I’m still struggling to understand how her arrival could possibly pose a problem for me,” I said, my tone filled with skepticism.

My friend Helia exchanged a knowing glance with Layla before speaking up, “Oh honey, let me jog your memory about the time when you were mercilessly attacked on the internet, simply for associating with Angelo. Care to guess who was leading the charge?”

“You have got to be kidding me. The ringleader behind one of the biggest issues in my life is actually coming here? No way,” I retorted, feeling a mix of anger and frustration bubbling up within me.

Turning to Helia and Layla, a question formed in my mind, and I blurted it out without hesitation, “Can I just beat her up when she arrives?”

Both of my friends burst into laughter, clearly entertained by my proposal.

After they regained their composure, Helia responded, “Well, trust me, I’d love to do that too. But we can’t touch her.
