Why, despite the danger that Adam and I can pose to each other, can I still help but admire him? My mate's beast form is too powerful, with his beautiful golden eyes and even his thick brown hair. I wonder how it feels. Did I ever touch him or caress him, at least?

He was starting to step closer to Orion and me again, with Orion blocking himself from me even more.

"Stay back, Lily. Leave this to me." I noticed that there was also a strange energy coming out of Orion. It only means that he is preparing his own battle with Adam.

I want to stop them; I don't want anyone to get hurt by them. But what can I do? I can't just tell them to stop because I'm sure it won't do anything.

Adam was ready to rush towards us, and when he was running towards us, he suddenly stopped when he heard the howl of a white wolf from behind him.

He gave Orion and us a look before running back to the white wolf. I heard them howling at each other, which means they're having their
