The next morning everyone visited Priya’s apartment to bid farewell to the newlyweds who were going for a week-long honeymoon to Mauritius.

Suraj and Priya drove them to the airport.

‘Everything is going so well. I’m very happy. I have started having feelings for Viren. Hope this marriage works and Viren doesn’t terminate it. If he does, I would be devastated,’ Priya thought.

Suraj’s voice broke her trance, “bhabhi we are home.”

Priya had taken off from the office to settle the things at home. Viren has gone to the office as there was a pile of work waiting for him which was neglected due to marriage.

It was mid-afternoon by the time everything was settled. She was feeling exhausted. The buzzing of her mobile attracted her attention, she was in no mood to talk to anyone, but the caller ID stopped her from dismissing the call.
