Blake’s POV

It’s been an hour since I came down as my mother requested. I was sitting among everyone but my mind was back with Brielle. Each moment spent away from her was unbearable. I couldn’t help running back to her. I was so lost, everything happening in front of me was a blur. I can’t be here anymore. I was too restless and it wasn’t helping.

I excused myself and made my way upstairs. Opening the door to my room, I thought I would find Brielle still lying on the bed, but she was nowhere. I went inside in alarm. Where is she? I looked around the room, wondering if she had finally regained consciousness. If she did, where was she? Where did she go without anyone noticing? In what condition is she in?
