Though I was surprised to see Ezra in the office, I quickly masked my surprised expression with a straight face and walked to the desk.

“Good morning, sir.” I greeted.

He looked surprised to see me, but I pushed those thoughts aside and focused on the interview. Immediately, he heard my greeting he replaced his shocked expression with a straight one.

He stood up extended his hand and answered.

“Good morning. Please have a seat,” he offered.

He released his grip on my hand and sat down while I sat down to face him.

“May we begin?” He asked.

“Yes,” I said and nodded.

He picked a file on the desk and flipped it open before taking a look at the computer next to him.

“Layla Perez, 26 years old. Working experience: Assistant. Experience with Jewelry: nil. Your profile looks good, and you’ve done exceptionally well in the first two rounds.” He said, then looked at me.
