Chapter 34. Her Hidden Talent

Caleb’s POV

Now that was funny.

I burst into a fit of laughter, causing Layla to look at me with wide eyes.

I guess it was a bit strange hearing me laugh. But soon enough, she joined in the laughter.

Everyone in the vicinity who had been watching the whole ordeal also burst into fits of laughter alongside me and Layla.

I guess they also found the situation funny. If I hadn’t experienced the ordeal, I would have scolded everyone to go back to their work. But here I was leading the laughter.

Grace looked like she was about to burst, and Orion looked as if he was stuck in the most embarrassing scene ever.

Well, he was.

Remembering the look on their faces as they walked away made me laugh even more. I laughed so hard that tears began welling in my eyes, and my tummy began to hurt, but that didn’t stop me.

When my laughter had died down, I looked over at Layla, whose laughter had reduced but still chuckled with a bright smile.<
