Chris's POV

Yulan's sudden arrival made things hard for me. Sophia left disgruntled. I gambled to go after her, but my brother stepped ahead and stopped me.

"Get out of my way, Frederick," I announced.

"Why should I?" he resolved.

"I don't have time for this."
