I supported Roy as he complained about the excruciating pain in his head as if it were being pounded.

"Is it really painful? Tell me, we should go to the hospital," I urged.

In a panic, I grabbed my cell phone and called Mama. "Mom, are you busy right now?" I asked.

"I just finished my shift, why?" she replied.
