Chapter 17

"Lucy appeared last in the kitchen. Ryeon blew her a kiss in the air, but Lucy went straight to Jaesun. She hugged him around the waist and rested her chin on his shoulder, nodding off in that position.

"Good morning, princess," Jaesun ironically greeted her. "Did you have sex?" he whispered.

Lucy laughed, pulled away, gave Jaesun a light pat, and then went to Ryeon, hugging him and resting her head on his shoulder.

"Are you sleepy? Go back to sleep, I'll clean up for both of us."

"No need, Ryeon. I... need to clean up too. I made a mess."

And that's how the cleaning operation started, while Jaesun cooked enough noodles to feed an army.

"Hey, last night I heard some songs in the early hours. It was suspicious."

"Good thing it was just the music," Ryeon laughed at Kuan.
