Chapter 26
As the last few people disembarked, Lucy's heart was completely out of rhythm. The butterflies in her stomach grew stronger, and she thought that maybe Ryeon couldn't make it. But it wasn't possible since he had sent her confirmation as soon as he boarded the train, and the last message where he said he was just as excited as she was for the train to stop.
But Lucy's eyes lit up when she finally saw him. Ryeon stepped off the train with a backpack strapped to his shoulders and a blue beanie on his head.
Lucy smiled at him as their eyes met, and she didn't count to ten before she was hurrying towards him, seconds later finding herself in his arms.
"I missed this so much," Ryeon whispered, hugging her tightly.
"I'm glad you're here, oppa," she muffled, relishing in the scent of Ryeon's cologne.
