Chapter 42

A few boxes filled the center of the new house's living room. Lucy felt a thin trickle of sweat running down her forehead, but she refused to not help Ryeon and the others arrange the new furniture in their places.

"Is the sofa going to stay here?" Ryeon asked.

He looked at her, and Lucy had her hands on her hips.

It was a single sofa that would serve as the living room seating. They didn't want more than that, since it was wide and reclining. Therefore, it needed to be placed in the center of the room, just above where the rug would go.

"Yes, but there's no point in marking the spots now, Ryeon. Everything is still messy."

"But wouldn't it be easier to start arranging everything now?"

"And then disarrange it because the rug is missing?" Lucy laughed.

Jungso looked at his son-in-law, seeing his eyes widen as he realized that.

"Let's just leave it here and get the res
