Chapter 24

Cassia wants to go to a private lake. Thorn had to talk to the owner very carefully to allow them to enter with the promise that they would not scatter and that they would only go to the lake and not go around. Thorn wanted to have a picnic on the side of the lake, but the owner didn't let them. Seeing that his wife was okay with it, Thorn let go of the picnic idea.
