Siv ushered me off into another room, only pausing long enough for Jasper to whisper to him, out of the range of the others. Sergio’s eyes found mine, a hunger still gleaming in their depths. Flushing, I looked away. He’d tried to hurt me in the most awful way, but my body couldn’t help but remember the time I had shared with him.
