Sergio

Bre stared me down over the length of the table. My men flanking her on either side. I’d already agreed to this little request when it came to Jasper, but what I had not expected was for the woman that had been working for me over the last several days to be one of his employ, or for her to have so much control in my own damn organization.

“We’re going to help them, now,” she announced.

None of my men objected, they agreed like lap dogs. How could they forget who their real owner was? Even those that were on par with me, that should have known better, were on her side. I didn’t like it.

“Sergio?” she questioned, eyes on me again.

It didn’t matter, there was only one thing that did. Let her have the entire Family if it meant keeping my woman safe. My precious Sonja was in danger.

“Bre is right, we need to leave and back them up.”

One of the smaller men raised his hand and scooted down in his chair as all eyes turned to him.
