Chapter 74. ‘Till I Met You
It was a long night at the hospital. Hadley was heading home after an arduous day at work. The silence of the corridors as she walked by intensified the emptiness in her heart.
Everyone seems to be ignoring her. Jethro used to message her daily but hasn’t contacted her for three days. He didn’t reply to her text messages, and she couldn’t reach his phone anymore.
Hadley started to worry again. The last time she saw him was the night he suddenly appeared in his car. And that was almost two weeks ago.
