It was late, at night, and as usual, everywhere was quiet.

I know they didn’t want me near Ryder but Leah and I have been restless. Not being close to him seems like torture, a stabbing in my heart.

I have been pacing around my room for what felt like ages yet the restlessness seemed to be growing more. I had wanted to pounder on King Xandros’ weird behaviors hours ago but with the way my body was reacting… disquietness.

My mind was not even diverting to the place and Leah’s focus was just on Ryder who was lying a few doors down the hallway.
