Chapter 48

“Baby please…” he pleaded.

My eyes remained on him. I wanna stare at his gorgeous face forever.

I gently applied the palm to its soft cheek. I closed my eyes as I caressed it.

I want to memorize how it feels like to hold him.

This may be our last meeting.

When I opened my eyes I found him staring at me. His deep cold eyes are back again. He leaned forward and caressed my cheeks.

I did not take my eyes off him. It went down to his lips. I wanna touch it but it seems forbidden to me. By the time my finger landed there I couldn’t stop myself from claiming that.

And it’s too late… I didn’t even notice myself pressing my thumb against his soft reddish lips.

Without even thinking I leaned closer to him but I stopped right in the middle.

I looked up at him.

This is wrong! I shouldn’t have kissed him!

She is getting married. I will not be the reason to break that.

I was about to step back when he pulled me closer.
