Chapter 33. A Second Chance

Rory's POV

It was interesting to me, surveying these rogue wolves and watching how they formed an alliance to attack Elsie.

The little bitch deserved it.

I hunkered down behind a tree, keeping myself hidden between the leaves as I found the perfect spot to witness Elsie's demise.

I watched with delight at her feeble attempt at fighting the wolves off, she was outnumbered and it wasn't a fair fight, but Elsie didn't deserve fair.

The wolves ripped into her flesh, beating her to the ground until her body couldn't take any more. They tore chunks of her pretty red fur from her skin, biting down into her flesh and removing patches of meat as they fed on her.
