Theo's POV

"What do you mean no ice cream?!" Kai barked in protest "Man, I was so excited as well! Why would you promise me so much, yet give me so little?"

Rage powered through me and Kai had pushed my last button. My fist met his face, socking him right into his cheek which sent him falling backwards. I watched as Kai fell to the ground, and a feeling of disappointment filled me. I couldn't let myself become this way, not against my brother.

"Hey now!!" Oris called as he stormed over, his force against my chest as he pushed me back. And rightly so, my behaviour was feral and monstrous.

I had let myself get too emotional with my rage and brought harm to one of the dearest people in my life, Kai had done nothing wrong and I had lashed out easily.
