Kai's POV

Shifting into our wolf forms, Brutus and Rex would be quicker to travel through the forest, heading East as the Doctor directed us. I sure hope he was telling the truth.

I didn't like being played, no one made Kai look stupid. No one.

Reaching the edge of the forest, we saw the moonlight shine through the space in the trees as the area became more open at the entrance, so we shifted back into our human forms upon reaching the mouth of the forest.

"That's it," Theo said as his eyes focused on the house in the near distance. He tilted his head slightly as though he studied it.
