Chapter 66. Betrayal

Rory's POV

I had seemingly underestimated the Warren brothers, after taunting them to the point they wanted to spill my blood, I had shifted and launched my attack at them.

They were strong, more than I remembered. But the last time we fought was many years ago back when we were younger. Enough time had passed for the brothers to build up their strength.

The younger brother had caught me first, swiftly making his attack as I tried to dodge his fierce jaws which came at me, but I failed. His teeth sunk straight into my neck, and I knew this one meant business. He wished me dead.
