It was 7:54 pm, and the moon was up in the sky as Gladys descended from the taxi, she paid the taxi man his charge and he drove off.

She glanced at the restaurant she was to meet with Caden.

She breathed in as she stepped inside and a waitress walk to her.

"Hello Ma, welcome to Western delicacies, the food of your taste. I'd like to know if you've made any reservations yet." The waitress asks with a smile.

"I... I'm here to meet with someone." Gladys was unsure of what she said as she clenched the black little purse she had taken along with her.

"Can I know who that might be?" The waitress asks again and Gladys bites her inner cheek, speechless of how to answer.

"Uh... I don't think I recall his name." She replied and the waitress smile again.
