Chapter 98. Office Romance

Saturday and Sunday flew by.

Gladys spent the rest of the weekend with Caden in the duplex, and she felt like a married lady throughout the weekend.

Caden had promised to make up for the week he had made her suffer, although she had told him that it wasn't his fault but he was so bent on making her happy again, as he did the chores and had even cooked thanks to her who felt a little sick. She even vomited twice or thrice during the weekend with Caden booking a doctor's appointment for her to visit the next day.

It was Monday, the last day of November.

In short, Gladys hadn't realized the next Tuesday was December because the month had really been hard on her and she didn't even care to keep in touch with dates.
