Chapter 23. Hello

Jennifer’s POV

“Hey,” Kleo greeted me while smirking. I rolled over. “Jen woke up. Dad texted me. He said he won’t be in town for the next few weeks,” he said.

“Why?” As I groaned up.

“I don’t know, he said he won’t be in town with Mama Cassandra,” he explained.

I immediately stood up and noticed that I wasn’t in my room. I took my phone out of my pocket to see what time it was.

Seven-forty five o’clock in the morning.

I changed my clothes and went straight to the bathroom. I have to practice archery.

“Can you leave me for a moment? I need to change,” I said to him.

“Okay,” he said, I started to move when he left the room. I packed my stuff that I usually use for practice and went downstairs.
