“Oh my! Where did you get this cat from?” Mom asked, watching me walk into the house with the little cutie in my arms.

“On my way home,” I lied, so she won’t know that I went into the woods. “He just came up to me and made me his Master,” I added, lifting the Kitty so she’d have a good look at his cuteness and allow me keep him.

I want her to get charmed just like me.

“Isn’t he adorable? I’m going to name him Kitty,” I giggled, hugging the cat.

Mom hummed and said, “All your pets are named after what they are. First you gave this innocent wolf, Wolfy. Now the cat is Kitty? Waw, mother Evolet in the house.” She smirked, heading for the kitchen.

“You can keep him. As long as they’ll keep you entertained, I’m good.”

“Thank you, Mom,” I appreciated, cuddling the little one close. I think he likes how I play with him because he keeps caressing his face with either my hand or face.
