Chapter 20. Just Like a Dream

Emma’s POV

“Goddess, how long have I been asleep?” I muttered, looking at the room that had brightened up under the sun rays. I looked up at the ceilings and I sighed tiredly just trying to focus my mind and slowly my mind drifted back to my dream last night.

I could still remember everything vividly and I could feel my cheeks getting heated as the memories came flooding back. That dream had come so unexpectedly. I never thought I would have any erotic dream about Hunter and the dream felt so real.

I could still feel the hotness of his palm on my skin and the way every kiss brought me to its knees. It felt so hard to resist him and he wasn’t holding back in that dream and neither was I.

“I should probably get up,” I whispered to myself but deep down I couldn’t push back those thoughts and how real they felt.
