Chapter 24. She Is So Perfect

When she offered to help me lighten my mood and make my day better, I didn’t think it was even possible because I was so stressed out already.  It was a very tough day for me. After my encounter with Riley, I left a few orders with the head of each department, then I went back home to meet with my father.

I told him about the issues at the docks and I asked him if he knew anything about it, but he seems oblivious to the whole situation, he only confirmed to me that many strange things are happening around the docks and even within our company. He gave me a few details, but he couldn’t tell me everything because he wasn’t sure yet.
