Chapter 34. Hard to Sleep
After turning off the lights, the senses became even more clear, making Primrose clearly feel the existence of Joel next to him when his scent lingered on the tip of his nose and the sound of his breathing was even. Perhaps because she had just woken up, Primrose was no longer too sleepy, but afraid of disturbing Joel, she just lay still, obediently placing her hands on her stomach.
After a while, still not feeling sleepy at all, Primrose turned gently. At this moment, the right person next to him quickly grabbed Primrose's wrist and turned, smoothly pressing on her.
"Can't sleep?"
Joel's voice in the night seemed to be exaggerated in volume; the low bass sound transmitted to Primrose's ears was indescribably seductive, making her blush. Primrose nodded sheepishly, moving his hand to escape. Joel drew closer and teased.
