Chapter 33. Fears

Lela, of course, wanted to agree, but she didn't want to disturb Primrose and Joel's married life, so she shook her head.

"No need; let the weekend go. Now is the time for you and your husband to warm up; I shouldn't interrupt your world."

After saying that, Lela laughed happily and drove away, leaving Primrose to shake her head and laugh. Indeed, Lela's personality is somewhat similar to Nancy's; she likes teasing about her and Joel's married life.

Primrose returned home and opened the door, slightly surprised to see Joel sitting on the living room sofa watching TV. Normally, Joel is relatively busy with work and rarely seems so relaxed and free like this.

"Why are you so late today? Have an appointment with you?"

Normally, sometimes Primrose also said that Joel didn't need to come to pick him up and go out with Nancy or some co-workers, so Joel asked as usual. Primrose shook her head again this
