Chapter 69. Save Yourself

Third Person's POV

Anton groaned due to the pain that he was feeling in his right leg. The blood flowed from his leg all the way down to the floor of the shower area, which was mixing with soap and water.

Grace's hands were shaking as she put down her hand and stepped backwards slowly. She quickly turned around and ran outside the door of the bathroom, straight to the front door.

It's already dark, but she doesn't care because the only thing that she wants right now is to escape from Anton and save herself.

She was barefooted, feeling the cold pavement of the road. She just keeps running, even though she doesn't know where she is or where that road is leading her.

The sky was dark, and after a few minutes, the rain suddenly poured. The road became slippery, but she kept on running.
