Not long after, the waiter delivered our meal, serving it expertly. I eagerly indulged in the delicious food, remarking, "This is truly delightful."
I cast a quick glance at him and observed how much he was enjoying the dinner, which brought back a hazy memory.
"Why do I have this nagging feeling? Why does this man bear such a striking resemblance to someone I can't quite recall?" I muttered to myself, then returned my focus to the food.
Silence settled over us as we both concentrated on our meals. Eventually, I mustered the courage to request, "After dinner, please return my card."
He remained silent, engrossed in his meal. I decided to resume eating in peace.
