“Do you want to spend the night with me in this filthy warehouse?” He ignored my inquiry when I questioned him.

“I was alone on this chilly night with Michael, my stepfather's biological son,” who had assisted me in escaping his clutches. After all the commotion before, the fresh air tonight felt welcome. Michael has kindly stood by my side, giving me the much-needed support I need at this time.

Together, we sat in the shed's shadow, gazing out the open window at the starry night sky. This warehouse was no longer a dark hiding place for me on this particular night; instead, it was a haven of safety and tranquility.
