Chapter 48. I Do!

I sat down on his desk chair and dipped the marker in the blue paint that I had on my desk before pressing the tip of the marker to the top edge of the t-shirt.

I dragged it down the length of the shirt leaving an outline in black ink before turning my head sideways, trying to make sure the outline wouldn’t become too noticeable. When I finished drawing, I grabbed the marker from the desk and drew two hearts underneath it.

It didn’t take long for me to decide what I was going to do next.

Grabbing my phone from my pocket, I sent Ethan a text message saying that I’ll be back in fifteen minutes, and then I rushed downstairs, locking the front door behind me and running down the sidewalk towards the shopping center.

I had already bought everything that I needed to buy last night, so now I needed to buy what I absolutely had to buy tonight.

After I finished getting everything from the supermarket, I walked back home, parked my car and carried all the bags in
