Chapter 80. The Mystic Ring

Izabella was momentarily speechless when the contents of the briefcase were opened. A small metallic rectangle box and two black books were inside it.

She just realized that Brigitte was sitting beside her, and they were both looking at the briefcase's contents.

"I know about the black book," Brigitte said. "The two black leather books are atm card holders. Open the small box, Iza..."

"Maybe he has another message to explain first what's in the box?" Izabella asked and picked up Aleksander's phone and checked his phone. Out of curiosity, she checked his messages. Primarily for Brigitte, Dax, her, and her Dad. "He sent me a message about the voicemail he sent me..."

"That could be important," Brigitte stated.

"Okay. Let me think, where's my phone," she said as her hand checked her loose shorts.

"Stay here, and I'll check your room..."

"No, it's fine," Izabella smiled at her. And she quietly summoned her phone, instantly dropping it on her palm.
