The events that followed Königin Zemirah's awakening was a discreet celebration in the Packhousе. 

Everybody was about themselves with joy and nobody believed we were all going to wait this long before she woke up. 

Alpha Aurel's smiles and happiness which had dampened seemed to resurrect instantly, and he no longer went about with a cloud above his brow. 

He looked genuinely happy these days. Since she was back now, our joy was complete. It meant we had lost nobody during the great battle that saw a lot of our enemies die. We had gone out the next day for a run in the woods and Reene had come along, not wanting to be left behind. 

The forest was awash in the soft and silvery glow of the moon. Reene, detlef and I had gathered at a small cabin in the woods, and in front of the cabin was a vast clearing that went as far as the eyes could go. It was just the perfect spot for our night run.
