Chapter 27. Sins of the Sister

Emily's Pov

When I arrive home at the Blue Bay Pack, it's already daytime. The whole wolf pack is on standby, cleaning up the mess from the attack earlier this morning. The entrance to the house looks normal; the damage was done in the back part of the house. There are some broken windows, and a few rooms have been destroyed. Amy is the one who greets me when I arrive.

"Emily, thank the Moon you came!" Amy pulls me into a hug, and I return it.

"I'm glad you're okay, Amy!" I declare happily.

"It was insane, Emi's…" Amy narrates the attack from earlier this morning. I notice her nervous voice, and her eyes still hold fear from what she witnessed this morning. I try to comfort her while assessing the entire situation of our wolf pack.

My uncle Eric meets me in the garden. His clothes are clean now, just like his face. The lupine eyes are gone, along with the claws and fangs.
