Chapter 23. Hospitalization (2)

Perseus's POV

She was fine, she was talking to me and Achilles and all of a sudden her heart didn't want to beat anymore, I went into despair, but I'm glad Achilles acted quickly and pulled Sophia from my arms, putting her on the ground and doing the movements of resuscitation.

“Open your eyes, Soph…” I hear my friend speaking and I am speaking the same words myself.

Then she opened her eyes and saw me. I could feel that she was so tired but that expression of love and care would never be forgotten.

“Good girl…” I said caressing her face and I saw out of the corner of my eye that she tried to raise her hand, but she couldn't finish the movement and her heart simply stopped beating.

"NO!" I screamed.

"Son!" My father is here, pulling me along. “Let the doctors work!”
