Chapter 34. First Training Session

Of course, I've trained before, so I know the moves, and I'm certainly much happier when I hit the sandbag, it's always a good way to release anger and tension.
I didn't think I needed it so much, but as soon as I started hitting the sandbag everything became lighter, and I increased the force with each blow, feeling the impact it had on my hand, my wrist and even my arm.
I can see that I'm a lot stronger than usual by the way the sandbag deforms with each blow. After a few minutes I start alternating between punches and kicks, but I also first test how hard and how high I can kick, without doing anything too extravagant.
The only thing missing is some music. After all, training without music is a bit boring, but I know it can distract me, so, for now, I accept it, my perception is focused on what I'm training now, but I instinctively turn when I feel someone approaching my left-hand closes, and although I turned to one side, I u
