Sophia's POV

Lunch went off without a hitch, Andreas and Lilian weren't there, the only representatives of the higher ranks were me and Achilles, and after we displayed affection no one could say we weren't well.

As we were walking towards the training gym, I noticed Dafne running around a court along with another group of people. They didn't look too happy to be exercising in the sun, but Dafne didn't care, she just carried on.

Achilles realized what he was looking at.

"She's doing a good job, your suggestion was excellent," Achilles explained.

I shook my head lightly and walked back towards the gym.

"Let's start the warm-up, and then you put on your boxing gloves, and I'll help you improve your posture."

Again, I just nodded and started stretching, after which Achilles made me run a few laps around the gym and do other exercises, such as jumping jacks, abdominal crunches, planks and so on.
