Alex's POV

I always knew Sophia was strong, but I couldn't have imagined it at the level I saw. The way she used Boreas' ability to manipulate her emotions and let out only what she wanted.

I was fooled, as soon as I felt her fear so palpable, it almost made me turn and advance against the enemies, but her gaze was direct and it was the only thing that made me stop and trust her.

I won't deny the shock I felt when I saw her raise a firearm and shoot Hayden. No one expected anything like that and in the next movement to kill two more enemies, the aura she exuded was intense, as she stood with her head held high, shoulders straight, a regal posture.
