Sophia's POV

"From what you yourself have told and written, you were one of the first creations of the Mother of Monsters, a way to dominate and surpass other races. A creation to be one of the most powerful weapons of this Ancient." Isak began to explain. "The Ancient Gods were losing that battle, so they united to create the curse and imprisoned the Mother of Monsters within you, because as the first Chimera to be created, you have the ability to absolve the new creatures that would emerge and be created by the New Gods."

Isak took a deep breath, with a touch of sadness.

"The problem is that the Mother of Monsters is very powerful and found a loophole in the curse to free herself. Despite you being countless different creatures, you can be killed." Isak turned his face and looked out the window, surely remembering something. "Over the ages, a creature would die. The energy of the Mother of Monsters would spread to those around, corrupting them...
