Gavin Langley’s forced smile froze on his face. He wiped the sweat off his forehead and muttered, “No, no, I’ve totally changed my ways. Life’s been real chill lately, not even a little stressful… So yeah, no need for me to get some air in the garden.”

With that, he turned and disappeared into the crowd without a backward glance.
