Lilah was having breakfast with her family when her phone kept buzzing nonstop.

Someone was clearly tagging her over and over in the group chat.

Meteor: “@L, interested in visiting my country for some sightseeing?”

SS: “@L, don’t fall for that! Come to my place instead. It’s way more fun here, and I’ll be your personal guide!”

NB: “@L, seems like it’s time to compete! Come to my country—food, travel, lodging, all-inclusive package by yours truly!”

Lilah set her phone on the table with a soft sigh.

Gabriel had already noticed and gave her a glance. “What’s going on?”

She smiled and explained casually, “Medical group chat. The flu’s been hitting hard lately, so everyone’s been chatting more than usual.”

Hearing that, Gabriel nodded and went back to eating.

Then came a soft, scratchy cough.

Aiden, who had been quietly munching his breakfast, suddenly coughed twice and rubbed his nose with his small hand.
