I laid back on the bed and just stared at the ceiling, wondering just what destiny had in store for me. What would be all their reactions when I finally return to my birth Pack after four years? Would Zephyr still accuse me of heartlessly killing his father? Has my biological family ever missed me even once?

Ever since they had abandoned me, I had stopped thinking about them but the thought of returning back to that Pack and having a chance to see them again after so long is bringing back so many memories, much of which I'm not fond of but then again, blood has always been thicker than water. I can't deny the fact that they're my family no matter what they did to me. It's a shame that Kayden won't get to meet his in-laws just yet as he'll be going on his own mission.
