Chapter 101. A Deep Slumber

As she entered her room through her window, Scarlett groaned. She was unclothed. Avery and Cornelia came running and assisted her in getting to bed. Her head was placed on the pillow, and she was wrapped in her blanket.

"She is trembling. Deactivate the air conditioner." said Avery. Cornelia hurried back to Scarlett after finishing what Avery had said.

"Not even midnight has passed yet. Raven had already left her body." After she looked at the time, Cornel said. Normally, Scarlett should have returned home the next day but the time is still eleven. Cornelia started to worry. She was sure something had really happened. She could see Scarlett's condition as she fixed her focus on her. With her eyes closed, Scarlett appeared terrified. "Do you think something happened to her?"

"She has to inform us before we find out," Avery looked at Scarlett. "She appeared scared and frail." While Scarlett dozed off, she adjusted the blanket over her body.

When morning came, t
